When did you start and what gave you the idea to start? 

We started with a simple idea: make genuinely good coffee without the gimmicks. Coffee has this everyday kind of magic, it brings people together, sparks conversations, and makes small moments feel special. We wanted to be part of that. So we built a roastery focused on the coffee itself: simple, delicious, no fluff.

What makes you unique?

We focus on the coffee. No gimmicks, just delicious, small-batch coffee that highlights the flavour and story of every origin.

What is your roasting process?

Coffee roasting is a mix of science and instinct. It's not just about following a recipe or pressing buttons. This hands-on approach helps us bring out the best in every bean, with consistency and care.

What challenges do you think the industry are facing that coffee drinkers ought to know more about?

Climate change, inconsistent harvests, and transparency gaps all affect the coffee you drink. Knowing the origin and supporting ethical sourcing helps keep great coffee sustainable.
